What an efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service Quentin offers. Always a pleasure to see him year on year, I wouldn’t use anyone else and cannot recommend him highly enough.

ProSweep have cleaned our chimney twice a year (to satisfy thatch insurance) for years now. Prompt, friendly, meticulously clean and tidy. Always feel a bit safer once he’s visited!

Quentin is a very good chimney sweep, thorough and taking pride in his work. He cleaned two log burners and flues for us, leaving them immaculate. He was knowledgeable and offered good advice. His work was excellent.

I am very impressed with the professional service provided by ProSweep. Quentin did very thorough job and left the hearth and room clean and tidy. Having only just purchased the house, Quentin took the time to thoroughly examine the stove and answer the questions I had about safe operation, carbon monoxide detectors, purchasing fuel locally, etc

Thanks to Quentin for sweeping my chimney today. He arrived promptly at the time agreed, and carried out the work professionally, and with no fuss, keeping everything clean and free of soot etc. He has an easy manner, and is knowledgeable, providing sound answers to my queries, and some good advice. This included advice on: the condition of the chimney, recommended fuels, the carbon monoxide detector life, and possible insurance company requirements. He has visited me a number of times now, and has always provided an excellent service. He provides a 'proof of sweeping' certificate, which could be useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending prosweep to others.
