He arrived promptly at the time agreed, and carried out the work professionally, and with no fuss, keeping everything clean and free of soot etc. He has an easy manner, and is knowledgeable, providing sound answers to my queries, and some good advice. This included advice on: the condition of the chimney, recommended fuels, the carbon monoxide detector life, and possible insurance company requirements. He has visited me a number of times now, and has always provided an excellent service. He provides a 'proof of sweeping' certificate, which could be useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending prosweep to others.
